Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into sales through outbound calls and will be ready to work on an incentive-based policy. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers generated through lead lists, inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
2. Engage with leads to understand their requirements, educate them about our products or services, and persuade them to make a purchase.
3. Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns.
4. Achieve monthly sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
5. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including sales activities, follow-up actions, and outcomes, using the CRM system.
6. Stay updated on product features, benefits, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales processes, improve customer satisfaction, and achieve overall business objectives.
8. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

1. Proven experience in tele sales or customer service roles, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
3. Strong negotiation and objection handling skills, with the ability to overcome sales objections and close deals.4. Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
7. Flexibility to work on a commission-based or incentive-based policy, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and earning incentives.
8. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of the agricultural sector and bio fertilizer market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
