Azadirachtin is a key active compound derived from neem seeds, known for its effectiveness in pest management. This product combines the inherent properties of neem oil with the powerful insecticidal and growth-regulating effects of Azadirachtin, making it a versatile tool for integrated pest management in agriculture.
Usage:
- Pest Control: Apply Neem Oil-Based EC to control a wide range of pests including aphids, whiteflies, spider mites, and certain caterpillars. It also acts as a repellent for many insects.
- Disease Management: Helps reduce the incidence of certain fungal diseases by creating a protective barrier on plant surfaces.
Dosage:
- General Application: Mix 20-30 ml of Neem Oil-Based EC per liter of water. Thoroughly spray the solution onto the target plants, ensuring coverage on both upper and lower surfaces of leaves.
- Frequency: Apply every 7-14 days depending on pest pressure and environmental conditions. For severe infestations, more frequent applications may be necessary.
Benefits:
- Natural Insecticide: Azadirachtin disrupts the growth and reproductive cycles of insects, leading to effective pest control with minimal impact on beneficial insects.
- Eco-Friendly: Made from neem oil, this product is biodegradable and has low toxicity to humans, animals, and the environment, promoting sustainable farming practices.
- Broad-Spectrum Activity: Effective against a variety of pests, reducing the need for multiple chemical treatments.
- Plant Health: Helps improve plant health by reducing pest damage and enhancing overall plant vigor.
Safety Precautions:
- Avoid Application During Peak Sunlight: Apply early in the morning or late in the afternoon to prevent potential phytotoxicity.
- Wear Protective Gear: Use gloves and a mask during application to avoid direct contact with the concentrate.
